Before opening Seedance, define what you want to create. Identify the subject, setting, action, shot sequence, camera movement, and visual style.

Create the Prompt
Turn the plan into a focused prompt. Use clear subject, scene, action, camera, and style language. Add a reference image when you need to preserve a specific visual.
Prompt Example
A ceramic artist shapes a clay bowl at a sunlit workbench. The camera slowly orbits around her hands, revealing the soft texture of the clay. Warm natural light, realistic style.
Generate and Review
Generate the first version, then review it against the plan. Look for subject accuracy, motion quality, camera movement, style consistency, and any visual glitches.
- Check whether the main subject matches the prompt
- Check whether the camera movement feels natural
- Note any inconsistent details to correct
Refine the Result
If the result needs improvement, change one variable at a time. A simpler or more specific prompt often produces a more controllable video.
- Add or remove a reference image
- Clarify the subject or action
- Change camera language
- Simplify competing details
- Regenerate and compare
